    1. Hi Sharon, a lot of the products in this and anti-aging, the best skin care products for women over 50 are the same. However the anti-aging kit includes the kansa wand set and both the kansa wand and anti-aging course.

  1. These products are really wonderful, much better than any of the ones by the big brands made and tested in labs that I used for years. I ordered the whole set for dry skin a month ago and my skin has never had such a wonderful glow to it. Thank you for proofing to me that herbal remedies are the way for youthful skin!

    1. Hi Josefina, I am really happy to hear you have experienced the benefits of ayurvedic products first hand. They are truly remarkable anti-aging and together with the kansa wand work wonders for mature skin!

  2. There is so much information about anti-aging here. Wonderful information source for all natural products. I was wondering what do you think about Aura Vedic products? I saw its new in the shop, but I see no reviews?

    1. Hi Michaela,
      thank you! I have not been able to review the series yet, as I have just started testing them! I will write a review once I have enough experience with the effects.

  3. Hi. Will the kansa wand work with these products? I’m just a little unsure what I need to use and if I can also use additional products. Thank you for clarifying. Wendy

    1. Hi Wendy,
      Yes, the kansa wand will work with these products. Both massage cream or gel from step 3, depending on your skin type, will work well with the kansa wand.

  4. Amazing range of natural products. Do they all use just essential oils or are there other ingredients as well? When you say they are made by ancient recipes, what do you mean with that exactly?

    1. Hi Jody, no, it’s not only essential oils, with few exceptions for products which are marked as serums. These products also have butters, waves and natural base oils (almond or coconut). The products are produced with recipes that are based on the ayurvedic recipies in old Indian scriptures going back at least 3000 years. These recipes are used, tested and modified by the ayurvedic healers and passed on to the next generation.

  5. Hi, there

    This look like a nice product line! I suffer from dry skin because I live in the north and when winter is here I always have dry itchy skin.

    I mostly use Lubiderm for men. It has a nice masculine scent. However, it tends to be unpleasantly greasy. Is there a product line for men that you could recommend that has a masculine scent and a little less on the greasy side.

    Thanks in advance

    Cheers

    1. Hi David, unfortunately the ayurvedic products smell of the ingredients they are made, in this case herbs and flowers. Some have a very female odour, others are more neutral. You should be aware that the so called masculine scent is produced with chemicals that are not good for you.

  6. I have learned to adore Just Herbs products in a short time. It feels so good to be using them, let it be the hair or the skin!
    I think I have to try out the aloe vera eye gel, because my eyes are always puffy and have black circles around them due to lack of sleep, nothing seems to help. I hope this product will do the trick.

    1. Hi Diana, this cream has active ingredients of aloe vera and green tea. Although it is important to get enough sleep, I realize it’s not always possible. It will for sure do wonders for the soft and delicate skin around the eyes. Let me know about the results!

  7. Every time I turn around, it seems like my girlfriend is trying a new body and face wash. She especially likes the all natural options that have the added benefit of including healing properties. Like you, she is also not keen on putting unnecessary chemicals on her body. I sent her your link and I know she will love your site.

    I have sensitive skin due to having Vitiligo so I am always careful about what I am putting on it. I think some of these methods may a help for me as well.

    1. Hi Patrick, yes, natural chemical free beauty care is very important, especially to stop premature skin aging. Men will for sure also benefit from these products too. You could possible even try them out together, although she might be protective of her products 🙂

  8. Hi, as part of my wife’s birthday I’d like to get some skin care treatment for her but I don’t know which is best. Recently she has been getting a few blotches on her face and she asked me about it. I asked her if she had changed anything like soap or body cream and she said she thought it was the skin cream. Sorry, I don’t know what she uses (typical man).

    Which treatment would you suggest? I don’t know about her skin type, so maybe All Skin Types would be best? She doesn’t have acne or blackheads so the Apricot Sparkle with Vegetable Glycerine wouldn’t really help.

  9. A good informative article about the benefits of herbs for beauty products. I would like my wife to read this article, perhaps, she can handle her pigmentation on her hand. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Hi Jamin,
      happy to hear that you enjoyed my article and I’m sure your wife will like it too. These products will certainly work wonders on hands as well. I would recommend the gotukola serum for the pigmentation problem.

  10. Gotu kola only grows on the Himalayas and is India’s holiest herb. Spiritual people have used it for centuries to deepening meditative state, as it opens up crown chakra.

    I am happy to see it been used in these products as it’s healing properties are endless. I will give them a try.

    1. Hi Beata, you are absolutely right about the special properties of the amazing gotukola herb! It is known in the ayurvedic medicine for the last 3500 years and it’s uses are too many to mention in this article. Not only has it medicinal and beauty enhancing properties, but also has effect on our chakras as well as out doshas.

  11. Great read! A lot of the ingredients and substances in these products (for example, neem and sandalwood) are used in Ayurveda so they are natural and have been used for centuries for their amazing properties. I’ve read a lot of articles about cosmetic products, but yours also emphasizes good health and wellness. Keep it up!

    1. Hi Andrea, glad you agree with me! Yes, a lot of these products are known healers for centuries in the ayurvedic medicine! I could write a whole article about the benefits of each ingredient! My motto when it comes to beauty products is this:
      It is important that the products we use for our hair and our skin are made of same materials, which benefit us if we digest them.

  12. I like your review. There are lots of helpful information. My girlfriend is always looking for the best natural and organic skin care products, but has a very allergic skin and has to be careful. I was browsing on Facebook, when I noticed this article and took a look. I will tell her to check out this review 🙂

    1. Hi Kien, happy you saw my article on my Facebook page and found the information useful. These products are anti-allergenic, so she should not have any problems. I am sure your girl friend will be happy with these products, if she has any questions, I will be happy to help out.

  13. I found your website to be both informative and educational. With you being a cancer survivor the Ayurveda with its methods and herbs offering a large variety of pain reliefs, must be quite remarkable.
    These products look wonderful, made from all natural ingredients, you must want to stay away from the chemicals due to your cancer experience.

    I Pray that you continue to be cancer free and also that Our LORD and Savior Continue To Shower His Abundant Blessing Upon You Always!

    To God Give The Glory;
    Praise His Holy Name;
    Your Brother In Christ;
    Respectfully;
    William L. Gordon

    1. Hi William,
      Thank you for the praise for my website 🙂 I am doing my best to inform others about things that have helped me in my battle against cancer! You are right, I absolutely not want to put any unnecessary chemicals in or on my body! I thank you for your prayers.

  14. Wow, thanks for all the great detailed information! I’ve always head that soap is bad, so have never really used it. my skincare routine is basically no soap, baking soda and sometimes blackhead scrub for exfoliation, straight up coconut oil for moisturizing, and then sunscreen during the day. Lately I’ve begun breaking out a bit, nothing major and mostly on my forehead, but I wonder what products you might recommend for me to change and address the acne.
    -Penny

    1. Hi Penelope, I am happy you have learned something new from my article. Yes, soap is really bad for the skin, you should always use a gentle natural cleanser instead. Coconut oil is a great moisturizer, just make sure the scrub you use is made from natural ingredients! Baking soda works against black heads and pimples, but is also very harsh on the skin drying it out. For breaking out of the skin, I would suggest you use the oily skin scrub.

      You can also try my home made mask:
      – Handful of steel cut oats
      – Spoonful of ceylon cinnamon
      – Enough honey to mix it into a sticky mass.

      Scrub the face with the mixture and leave in for 10mins before washing. This mixture is gentle enough to use once or twice a day.

  15. These products surely look really great. I am sure that the one for dry skin would be good for me. I just have a question if these products are allergy tested, as you stayed they are not tested on animals?

    1. Hi Anna,
      I am sure you would benefit from the dry skin products! The products are tested on human skin in various stages, like most products that are not tested animals by using cruel techniques and found not to cause any allergic reactions. However if your skin is very allergic, I suggest that you test the product on the inside of your wrist first for 12h, then on a small spot on your neck the same way and if no reaction, you can start using the product normally.
